Hacknix - Hororata and West Melton

Hacknix. So what are these? Well a combination of a hacking ride followed by a picnic! So far this year we have been to Hororata and West Melton. The last one, November, will be at Seafields so a beach ride.

Hororata was excellent with several successes. Corinna got Darcy to canter! We all got past the scary man with the weed sprayer. Lynn got out on Tint! And we have a fab picnic! About 16 riders and 17 horses! Archie came with Cruz and I!

West Melton was led by Deb Woodrow, Jenny and Kathy with about 10 riders. A good option on a very wet Labour Day weekend.
